Custom field is not available in the CSV import mapping step.
The field type is not disabled.
Open the custom field, click on the access subtab, add the role through which the csv import is supposed to be performed. Set the access level, and level for search/Reporting to edit.
Now the field will be visible in the CSV import mapping session.
