Filter Item fulfillment record based on ship date instead of transaction date

Add the following criteria along with criteria’s for item fulfillment record in saved transaction search as shown below

This will provide item fulfillment record based on shipping date, so if you need picking or packed dates change filter criteria’s accordingly
