Find deleted payment

Query

User accidently deleted 2 payment from my customers. How can I find them back or recover them?  

In addition, if any PDF forms are lost due to user mis-click, how can I find them? Or in other words, how do they find my recent operational actions?

Solution

Using an Administrator Role, here are the steps you may take to check the deleted transactions:

1. Navigate to Transactions > Management > View Audit Trail

2. Select Action = Delete

3. Click Submit

It will show the list of transactions that have been deleted.

However, to be able to retrieve deleted transactions you may need to contact Customer Support or your AMO as this is not a standard NetSuite procedure and fees are applied for this.

You may check the Recent Record tab to see the latest Transaction Forms you have opened.
