Forms and Templates for Sales Order, Invoice, Purchase Order, Credit Memo

Requirement:
Set up the forms and PDF templates for the L2i subsidiary.
Transaction Forms are Invoice, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Credit Memo.
Subsidiary: L2i
Attached is what the address, Logo should look like. The logos are in the File Cabinet in
Netsuite under L2i Marketing.

Solution:

This requirement can be achieved by creating new transaction forms for Invoices, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Credit Memo transactions.

Add the new L2i subsidiary logo and address on subsidiary record 

And will develop a new advanced PDF template for each transaction with the L2i subsidiary logo, address, and available fields.

Assumptions:

• We can generate new forms and PDF templates for each transaction that includes the fields mentioned in the tables above.

Risks:

• Need to add the new L2i subsidiary logo and address on the subsidiary record and those values will be populated to the PDF template.
• When using the newly created L2i subsidiary transaction forms for other subsidiaries, the template will display a subsidiary logo and address of the corresponding subsidiary.
• As per our understanding, the forms and PDF templates for subsidiary L2i are different from the forms and templates that we already generated for nCamp and inPOWERED Lights LLC Subsidiaries. So we planned to develop new transaction forms and templates. 
  • If LTI is comfortable with the Forms and PDF of nCamp/inPOWERED Lights LLC Subsidiaries, then we can reuse the previously generated forms and PDF Templates for L2i subsidiary transactions as well
