- FullClarity’s suite app operates on a separate AWS server, and data cannot be leveraged for customizing portlets, searches, etc.

Advantages based on our understanding:
- Eliminates the need to purchase Project and Rev Rec for the Construction industry.
- Allows for the addition of estimates, both with and without estimate collections for each batch.
- Facilitates the inclusion of related records for each line, enhancing project estimates.
- Offers customized reports tailored to the Construction industry.
Disadvantages:
- Lack of support for scripting.
- FAM (Fixed Asset Management) is not supported, necessitating a separate purchase of FAM.
- No localization available for Tax or tax bundles.
- Records cannot be integrated into NetSuite’s standard reports and searches.
- Additional storage space comes at a cost of $1500, with the option to purchase more if needed. It’s worth noting that FullClarity relies on AWS as its server, and when using FullClarity, NetSuite does not guarantee AWS availability. Files will be stored exclusively on AWS. Premium purchases may include storage space suitable for large-scale industries by default.
