In the Sales order Record under Shipping subtab, we can set
• Shipping Method
• Delivery Instructions
• Shipping Preferences
Fulfill the Order by Clicking on Fulfill button on the Sales order record.
In Fulfillment record creation page validate the Total weight, shipping value, Shipping
preferences, Carrier etc.
Select the package type According to the needs E.g., Large Carton, Medium size carton, etc.
According to the package type the weight and dimensions will auto-update
We can add more package type by changing the existing weight of 1st package and add more
Upon saving the item fulfillment Ready Freight will communicate directly with the carrier for
generating the consignment and shipping label.
(The shipping labels will print automatically using the ready print technology)
In the Item fulfilment record we can see the updated results
• Consignment ID
• Shipping Labels (Downloadable)
• Track Shipment
• Shipment Cost
(Shipment cost is updated using the real time from the carrier) & Latest status of the
consignment can be tracked through the track shipment link.
It is possible download and print the label manually too.
