To fix this problem, using an Administrator role:
- Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
- Custom Role: click Edit
- Under Permissions tab, click Lists subtab
- Add Permissions:
- Select Marketing Campaigns
- Level: Select Create
Note: Set the Access Level according to your preference - Click Add
- Level: Select Create
- Select Marketing Template
- Level: Select Create
Note: Set the Access Level according to your preference - Click Add
- Level: Select Create
- Select Marketing Campaigns
- Under Permissions tab, click Report subtab
- Select Marketing campaign Reports
- Level: Select view
- Click Add
- Under Permissions tab, click Set Up subtab
- Select Campaign Email addresses
- Note: Set the Access Level according to your preference
- Click Save
