Setup >Performance management > Giving kudos
- Selecting the recipient : Enter the employee’s name that you want to give Kudos to.
- Give description : Type a description for this Kudos that explains why you want to recognize your coworker.
- Organization values : Select the organizational values that this Kudos demonstrates.
