Resolution for the Issue:
We have identified the issue causing the page redirect to another page instead of the “Thank You” page; This problem arises from the configuration of the website’s Thank You page during the integrated NetSuite form submission process. The interaction between both platforms triggers a regeneration of user validation during form submission.
To address this, we are developing a tailored solution by creating a dedicated Thank You page within NetSuite using a Suitelet template. We are working diligently to complete this solution and expect to have it ready by 11th of April. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards resolving this matter.
