How can I get the missing Fulfill Button in the Intercompany Transfer Order?

Looking at an intercompany transfer order on my admin account, the order has a fulfill button. But when logged into my warehouse manager role, even though it has permission to edit the transfer order, there is no Fulfill button.The role has permissions across all subsidiaries.

Answer

Check the permissions assigned to the warehouse manager role.

1. Log in to NetSuite using the Administrator role
2. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
3. Click the Edit link on warehouse manager role
4. Click the Permission tab
5. Click the Transactions tab
6. Assign the following permissions:
   •  Assign the Fulfill Orders permission with Full level of access.
   •  Assign the Item Fulfillment permission with Full level of access
   •  Assign the Transfer Order permission with Edit Level of access
7. Save the custom role settings
