How do I show the item associated with an Opportunity record using a Saved Search

1. Log in as an Administrator.

2. Go to Lists > Search > Saved Searches.

3. Find and click on the custom Saved Search you want to edit, then click Edit.

4. In the Criteria tab, go to the Standard subtab.

5. Add a Formula (Text) criteria.

6. Set the Formula Text to “Is not Sales Tax Group”.

7. Enter the Formula as “{item.type}”.

8. Click Set.

9. Add a Formula (Numeric) criteria.

10. Set the Formula Numeric to “Not equal to”.

11. Enter the Value as “1”.

12. Set the Formula as “{case when {amount} > 0 and {item.type} is null then 1 end}”.
