The customization for the “Print Picking Tickets” screen, including the “Date Created” field, will only apply to the account where it was done .
If you need to see this customization in the your account, please follow the below steps:
- Navigate to the Print Picking Ticket screen in the production account.
- Click on Customize .
- In the customization window, locate the “Date Created” field and add it. Ensure the checkbox for this field is selected.
- Click Save.
Once saved, the “Date Created” field will appear on the list.
