1. Create Saved Search
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Click Transaction
- Search Title: Enter Title
- Click Criteria
- Filter:
Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.- Select Main Line
- Main Line: Select Yes
- Click Set
- Select Main Line
- Click Results
- Click Columns
- Field:
- Select Memo
- Click Available Filters
- Filter:
Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.- Select Created From
- Click Add
- Click Save
2.To Set up the search on a Custom Sublist- Navigate to Customization > Forms > Sublists
- Click Transactions
- Select the search created in Step 1
- Label: Enter Title
- Tab: Select Related Records
- Click Save
