NetSuite offers a highly customizable dashboard interface that allows businesses to tailor their ERP experience to align with their branding and user preferences. One of the key elements you can customize is the dashboard logo. Whether you’re rebranding your organization, updating your corporate identity, or simply personalizing the NetSuite environment for your team, changing the dashboard logo is a straightforward process.
Step 1: Prepare Your Logo Image
Before you begin the process of updating the dashboard logo in NetSuite, ensure you have a logo image file prepared. The recommended image specifications for the NetSuite dashboard logo are:
- File Format: PNG or JPEG
- Dimensions: Ideally square dimensions
- Resolution: High-quality image
You can use image editing software like Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, or online tools such as Canva or Pixlr to resize and optimize your logo image to fit these specifications.
Step 2: Access Company Logo
- Log in to NetSuite: Navigate to your NetSuite account and log in with your administrator credentials.
- Go to Setup-> Company-> Company Information: Click the + button near to the company logo.
- Upload New Logo: Click on the ‘Choose File’ or ‘Browse’ button to select the logo image file from your computer that you prepared in Step 1.
- Upload and Save: Once you have selected the logo file, click on the ‘Upload’ or ‘Save’ button to upload the logo image to NetSuite and apply it as your new dashboard logo.
Step 4: Verify and Adjust
- Preview: After uploading the new logo, NetSuite will typically provide a preview of how the logo will appear on the dashboard. Verify that the logo displays correctly and meets your expectations in terms of clarity and alignment.
- Adjust if Necessary: If the logo appears distorted or does not align as expected, consider adjusting the image dimensions or resolution in your image editing software and repeat the upload process.
Step 5: Refresh and Apply Changes
- Refresh Browser: Once you are satisfied with the logo preview, refresh your browser to apply the changes. This step ensures that the updated dashboard logo reflects immediately upon your next login or dashboard refresh.
