Navigate to Setup> Sales> Customer Statuses, where we can see for Unqualified leads, “include in lead reports” is kept default as False by NetSuite. While we edit this status we can see, the checkbox for include in leads report is kept as inactive and blank and it cannot be selected. This article conveys a solution for the above said problem.
Once a customer status has been associated to any customer record, the Include in Lead Reports checkbox cannot be edited anymore. As an alternative for this problem, we can create replacement for old customer status.
Create a New customer Status
Navigate to SetUp> Sales> Customer Status> New
Enter a customer status
Select stage: “lead”, select checkbox for include in lead reports.
Save
Perform Mass Update
Navigate to List>Mass Update> Mass Updates
Select> General Updates> Customer
In Filter, Select the status ‘Unqualified”(or old status) , then click add
In Mass Update Fields, select status checkbox and select the new Customer Status
Click Preview
Click Perform Update
Now, we can see all the customers with new status have include in lead reports as true.
