How to Inactivate Multiple Items via CSV Import

To Inactivate multiple items through Import, follow the below steps;

  1. Create CSV File in Excel
  2. Enter fields
    • Internal ID of the item to be inactivated
    • Inactive to be set as Yes
  3. Go to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records
    • Import Type: Select Items
    • Record Type: Select Item Type
  4. Select the CSV file created to upload
  5. Click Next
  6. Select Update option
  7. Click Next
  8. File Mapping: Map the Fields with NetSuite
    • Internal ID = Item: Internal ID
    • Inactive = Item: Inactive
  9. Click Next
  10. Enter Map Name
  11. Click Save & Run
