To Inactivate multiple items through Import, follow the below steps;
- Create CSV File in Excel
- Enter fields
- Internal ID of the item to be inactivated
- Inactive to be set as Yes
- Go to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records
- Import Type: Select Items
- Record Type: Select Item Type
- Select the CSV file created to upload
- Click Next
- Select Update option
- Click Next
- File Mapping: Map the Fields with NetSuite
- Internal ID = Item: Internal ID
- Inactive = Item: Inactive
- Click Next
- Enter Map Name
- Click Save & Run
