Account ID: This field shows the NetSuite account ID for your company, which is required when you submit a support case/ contact NetSuite for assistance.
You can obtain the Account ID in one of three ways:
- From Company Information: Company Information is a single record that is entered when you set up your NetSuite account. You cannot delete the Company Information record.
- You can also find your Account ID in SuiteAnswers by clicking Contact Support
- Your Account ID is also visible in the URL of any webpage while you are logged into your NetSuite account.
