In order to show up the items on the order item page we need to set the re-order point and stock levels in the item record.
Order Items Page,
The Order Items form provides a list of items that need to be ordered from vendors. NetSuite suggests the quantity to order based on your preferred stock level and the quantity of open backorders or quantities scheduled on blanket purchase orders.
The Order Items page sources many fields from the item record and is usually driven by the values set on:
Preferred Stock and Reorder Point.
An Item will only be included in the Order Items Page if the “Stock Level” of the item is at or below the Reorder Point in the item record.
An Item will only be included in the Order Items Page if the “Stock Level” of the itemis at or below the Reorder Point in the item record.
For this purpose, Stock Level shall pertain to the sum of Quantity Available and Quantity on Order whereas:
- Quantity Available = Quantity On Hand – Quantity Committed; and
- Quantity On Order = Quantity on Purchase and Transfer Orders
Navigate to Transaction->Purchase-> Order items
Now the items will be shown in the page
On submitting the record we can create PO for the same.
