How to Resolve the Error: “An unexpected error has occurred.” When Printing Bill Payment Using Transaction Form PDF Layout

Scenario:

There are cases when printing a Bill Payment using Transaction Form PDF Layout or Basic Printing Type returns an error: “An unexpected error has occurred.”

Solution:

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
2. Preferred Bill Payment Transaction Form: Click Edit/Customize
3. Click Print Fields
4. Click Columns
5. Preferred Fields:
   • Print/Email: Enter Checkmark
6. Click Save
