Solution

These kinds of errors are shown in the matrix flow of Shopify- NetSuite integration. For syncing a matrix item with Shopify as a matrix item we have to specify the virtual variations in the retail sub-tab based on the matrix options which is given in the matrix item during its creation. The virtual variation options and the matrix options will be the same to fetch the items.

So check the specified item in NetSuite and the virtual variations are given
