Description : When some items are adding to cart it shows an error like this “Sorry, there is a problem with this Item and can not be purchased at this time. Please check back later”.
Solution
- Make sure that this is showing for any particular item , Also the item contains any item options
- Verify the item option associated to the Matrix Item
- Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Item Options
- Click the corresponding item option.
- Click on Sourcing & Filtering sub tab
- Populate Source List and Source From fields correctly
- Save
