How to resolve the error that shows when adding items to the cart

Description : When some items are adding to cart it shows an error like this “Sorry, there is a problem with this Item and can not be purchased at this time. Please check back later”.

Solution

  • Make sure that this is showing for any particular item , Also the item contains any item options
  • Verify the item option associated to the Matrix Item
  • Navigate to Customization Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Item Options
  • Click the corresponding item option.
  • Click on Sourcing & Filtering sub tab
  • Populate Source List and Source From fields correctly
  • Save
