How to solve in the latest SCA version reorder is not working from the purchase history page.

To resolve that issue, we need to check the check box in the unable feature .

Solution

 

  1. Enable Online Order feature
  • Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features > Web Presence
  • Under the Access section, enable ONLINE ORDERING
  • Click Save
  •  
  1. Use the standard Customer Center Role
  2. Edit the affected Customer record
  3. Click the Access tab
  4. Role: Select the Customer Center Role
  5. Click Save
