Scenario
If item image is not showing in website we need to follow the below steps
Solution
Open website Record
Click on Image tab
Check the image folder
check the image file name format
if image is not uploaded , Upload the image in the selected folder
if image is uploaded already select that folder from Image Folder Option
if the file name of the image is not Accoring to File name Format chnage it as shown below.
change the image name According to item identifier , item Delimiter, Structure Delimiter
[Item Name/Number]_{Category 1}-{Category 2}.[EXT]
Eg:- IMS525_Red-1.jpg
Eg:-IMS525_2.jpg
Save the changes
