In your web store, if you see a missing image icon instead of your image, please check the following:
- Make sure that the image you are trying to reference is located in the Images folder of your file cabinet.
- Make sure it is a valid image file. Try downloading the image to your desktop and viewing the image.
- Make sure the Available Without Login box is marked:
- In NetSuite, click the Documents tab.
- Click the Images folder.
- Click Edit next to the image in question.
- Check the Available Without Login box.
- Click Save.
- Make sure you are using the correct URL to reference the image:
- Click the Documents tab.
- Click the Images folder.
- Click Edit next to the image in question.
- Make sure you are referencing the first URL listed that begins with http://shopping.netsuite.com.
