When BioTime software is downloaded in your system ,install it only after creating SQL server and SQL Database.
Create a database by downloading proper files from internet and establish connection between the database and server , after establishing the connection install BioTime software and allow privacy policies.
At the time when there is a step to connect with SQL server we should be more specific, change the data base to no database and install it
After installing take Bio Time configure console and set database name username and password correctly and test connection .
If there is any issues arises then most probably the issues are from permission issues. So be make sure that the admin privilages are there for your user.
