Invoice Presentation Template

Overview

The Invoice Presentation Template (IPT) SuiteApp provides project-based businesses the flexibility to

present data in multiple formats through invoice presentation templates. The SuiteApp also adds different

levels of details related to charges on invoices.

The IPT SuiteApp enables you to:

■ Select default invoice print, email, and presentation templates for a subsidiary.

■ Create, copy, edit, delete, and view an invoice presentation template.

■ Configure charge tables to display charges incurred on a project.

■ Assign an invoice presentation template to a subsidiary, customer, project, or invoice.

■ Include expense receipts on an invoice.

■ Preview invoice presentation template on customer, project, and invoice records. To learn more

You can install the Invoice Presentation Template (IPT) SuiteApp from the SuiteApp Marketplace.

To install the Invoice Presentation Template SuiteApp:

1. Go to the SuiteApps tab.

2. In the Search Apps field, enter Invoice Presentation Template SuiteApp.

3. Click the Invoice Presentation Template SuiteApp tile.

4. Go to the top right area of the Invoice Presentation Template SuiteApp details page and click Install.

The IPT SuiteApp is a managed SuiteApp and is automatically updated whenever there are enhancements

or new features added.

The IPT SuiteApp includes the Invoice Presentation Print and Invoice Presentation Email templates, which

enables you to add invoice presentation template on invoices. You must follow the steps mentioned

in Prerequisites to select these templates in the invoice transaction form that you have selected as

Preferred.
