Installing the Invoice Presentation Template SuiteApp :
Prerequisites
You must set up the following using the Administrator role to work with the Invoice Presentation
Template (IPT) SuiteApp:
■ Customize your preferred invoice transaction form.
1. Go to Customization > Forms > Transaction Form.
2. Click Customize next to your preferred invoice transaction form.
3. Set the following fields:
□ Printing Type – Choose Advanced
□ Print Template – Select Invoice Presentation Print Template
□ Email Template – Select Invoice Presentation Email Template
Warning: Do not edit the contents of the Invoice Presentation Print and Invoice Presentation Email templates. Doing so may impact working with the features of the IPT SuiteApp.
4. Click Save.
■ Enable Add-On modules.
1. Go to Set Up> Company > NetSuite Account Information > View Billing Information.
2. Click the Add–On Modules subtab.
3. Enable the following modules:
□ Charge Based Billing
□ Project Accounting and Management
■ Enable the required features.
1. Go to Set up > Company > Enable Features.
2. Click the Company subtab and check the following boxes:
□ Projects
□ Project Management
□ Multiple Units of Measure
3. Click the Accounting subtab and check the following boxes:
□ Accounting
□ A/R
□ Accounting Periods
4. Click the Transactions subtab and check the following boxes:
□ Charge Based Billing
□ Billing Operations
5. Click the Employees subtab and check the following boxes:
□ Expense Reports
□ Per-Employee Billing Rates
□ Purchase Requests
□ Time Tracking
6. Click the CRM subtab and check the following boxes:
□ Customer Relationship Management
□ Mail Merge
7. Click the SuiteCloud subtab and check the following boxes:
□ Custom Records □ Advanced PDF/HTML Templates
□ Client SuiteScript □ Server SuiteScript
□ SuiteCloud Development Framework
8. On a project record, select the Billing Type as Charge–Based.
