
Internal error is displayed in the cases pages when we are using CUSTOM SSPs.
Cause & Solution:
The reason behind this is that the cases module requires a service file from the ss2 version of SSP. So when we are using Custom SSPs, make sure to create an ss2 version SSP along with the custom SSP.
for eg:- A custom SSP named “Thermogard-nz custom ssp” is used for a webstore domain.

When we are using a custom SSP , then we also need to create a ss2 version for that custom SSP. So we have created a new ss2 version for this custom SSP as below

Regarding the files inside this ss2 version SSP : Just copy the same contents of the ss2 Version of the development SSP
Now the INTERNAL ERROR is resolved!!! ….Cases pages works as expected!!!
