Internal error on the transaction history and case page

There may be so many reason for showing the internal error on the transaction history page and case page.

One of the reason is due to the lack of permission

In order to resolve the issues. We have to change the level of ‘customer payment’ permission to ‘Edit’. Also, change the level of ‘Find Transaction Permission’ to ‘Full’.

Search and Add the permissions Financial History and Cases under the list
Could you please change the levels of permission for all the required Customer Center roles? We have no permission to do the same.

  • To view the permissions for a role, log in as an Administrator. and go to Setup > Users/Roles > User Management > Manage Roles.
  • On the Manage Roles page. Click Edit to add permissions to the required Customer Center role.
  • On the Role page, the Permissions subtab displays the role’s permissions. Change the level of Customer Payment permission to Edit. Also, change the level of Find Transaction Permission to Full.
  • Under Permission tab Click on list subtab

Second reason may be the issue with the ssp

In order solve that go to corresponding NetSuite account

Login to the NetSuite account

COMMERCE – HOSTING-SSP APPLICATION

Click View link that corresponding version 2 SSP

Click the Deploy to domain button

Select the domain that we required and deploy it
