- Role Customization for Access Control: To grant an employee access to data for additional subsidiaries, you can customize their role. Go to Setup > Users/Roles > User Management > Manage Roles. Use the multi-select Subsidiaries list to customize the role and select multiple subsidiaries. This allows the employee to view and edit data for these subsidiaries. Additionally, the Allow Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing option can be enabled to permit users with that role to see data from all subsidiaries
- Intercompany Time and Expenses: NetSuite Oneworld also supports the Intercompany Time and Expenses feature, which allows for the recording of time and expenses across different subsidiaries. This feature is essential for businesses that need to allocate employee time and expenses to projects managed by other subsidiaries.

Note: Employees from various subsidiaries can be allocated to a project in a different subsidiary by utilizing Intercompany expenses and time tracking. The key requirement is that each employee must be designated as a project resource.
