Issue in activation – SCA

Error during activating theme/extensions in SCA. While activating themes or extensions when there continuously shows pending/in-progress status. To solve the issue follow the steps described below.

◾️ To resolve this behavior, we did the following steps:

Method 1:

  1. Go to Customization > List, Records & Fields > Record Types > click List next to SC ExtMech to Process
  2. Change State of all SC ExtMech to Process records that are in “In Progress” to ” Error”
  3. Re-activate themes and extensions via Setup > Suite Commerce Advanced > Extension Manager.
