Check the Existing Customer’s Shipping Address
- Navigate to List > Relationships > Customer
- Click Edit
- Note: Select the customer record that has webstore access.
- Click Address tab
- Residential Address: Remove Checkmark
For New Webstore Customer
Note: There is a Shipping preference that will set addresses as residential by default.
- Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Shipping
- Click Preferences tab
- Rates section:
- Residential Address for Shipping: Remove Checkmark
Note: FedEx home Delivery will be the available shipping method if the customer’s address is residential.
