Issue in Display Fedex Shipping Method on the Webstore

Check the Existing Customer’s Shipping Address

  1. Navigate to List > Relationships > Customer
  2. Click Edit
  3. Note: Select the customer record that has webstore access.
  4. Click Address tab
  5. Residential Address: Remove Checkmark

For New Webstore Customer

Note: There is a Shipping preference that will set addresses as residential by default.

  1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Shipping
  2. Click Preferences tab
  3. Rates section:
  • Residential Address for Shipping: Remove Checkmark

Note: FedEx home Delivery will be the available shipping method if the customer’s address is residential.
