Scenario and Solution:
If we use scheduled saved searches to send emails, it will trigger in both the create and update modes. As a result, when you create a record, an email is sent to the appropriate admin and recipient. If we change any field value in the same record, the sender and receiver will both get an email. This occurs more often when no update filters are applied. If we apply an update filter, the saved search will only be triggered when the associated field is changed. If we don’t want to get duplicate emails, we may utilize the update filter in the saved search.
