Item PDP shows Error: Item No Longer Available

Product:  NetSuite 2022.1
SuiteApp/Bundle:  SuiteCommerce and SuiteCommerce Advanced

Scenario

You may experience this message on your SuiteCommerce site, and this is usually caused by the removal of facets from the Search API Fieldsets.

Solution

To resolve this error, follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Configuration
  2. Select your Site and Domain, then click next/confirm
  3. Under Advanced > Search Results sub-tab you will find the Search API Fieldsets
  4. Add the “Facets” ID, enter “search” under Fieldset column, and “facets” under Include column
  5. Click Save
