In Jira, Plans is an advanced feature available only to Premium Jira Cloud Users. To view an assignee and all tasks assigned to them within a plan, follow these steps:
Open the Timeline option in your plan.
On the Timeline page, locate the symbol next to the timeline and list on the right side, and click it.
Select “Group by” from the menu, then choose “Assignee” from the dropdown.
After refreshing the page, you will see each assignee along with their respective tasks.
Note:
This option may vary depending on your plan version. If it doesn’t work, you can use filters and create new queries.
You need the necessary permissions to make changes within plans.
