Scenario
User created a Saved Search report and found a Journal Entry record with Entry No. = To Be Generated and shows Memorized Transaction. User is not able to Delete or Approve the Journal Entry.
Solution
This Journal Entry record is actually the ‘template’ for the Memorized Transaction. Upon creation of the Journal Entry and saving it as Memorized Transaction, the standard format is that the Entry Number is set to To Be Generated.
These Journal Entries do not have any GL Impact. The only way to delete this transaction is to eventually delete the Memorized Transaction itself.
