Lead and prospect records are converted to customer record when status is changed.

LEAD TO CUSTOMER

Steps:

1. Create a lead.
2. Lists -> Relationships -> Lead -> New
3. Enter the required details.
4. Save the record.
5. Edit the record and change the status to “CUSTOMER- Closed Won” or “CUSTOMER- Lost Customer” or “CUSTOMER- Renewal“.
6. Save the record.
7. Now the Lead is converted to Customer.

PROSPECT TO CUSTOMER

Steps:

1. Create a prospect.
2. Lists -> Relationships -> Prospect -> New
3. Enter the required details.
4. Save the record.
5. Edit the record and change the status to “CUSTOMER- Closed Won” or “CUSTOMER- Lost Customer” or “CUSTOMER- Renewal“.
6. Save the record.
7. Now the Prospect is converted to Customer.
