Scenario
When a user removes the information under the image domain, the images and links are broken when accessing the website. This also happens if there is no image folder selected on the website record.
The problem is caused by several changes on the domain record such default domain and when the default hosting root is changed.
Solution
- Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Website List
- Click Edit next to your website name
- Click the Images subtab
- In the Image Domain field, select the domain you want to use (Default Domain/Primary Domain)
- In the Image Folder field, select the path to the images folder (Web Site Hosting Files: Live Hosting Files: images)
- Click Save
