List Sum of Items Under a Commerce Category in SuiteCommerce Advanced

A user may want to know the number of items which have been assigned to each commerce category but there is currently no standard way to do this when using SuiteCommerce Advanced. This is an alternative solution to pull up and sum up the number of items which have been assigned to a commerce category. 

Solution

1. Go to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Click on Commerce Category
3. On the Results tab > Columns section, click Remove All
4. Add Name and under Summary Type for Name select Group
5. Add Item ID and under Summary Type select Count
6. Click on Preview to see the results of your saved search
