Location On Hand and Lot on Hand Mismatch

The discrepancy may be due to negative Lot Numbers. To verify that, a Saved Search may be created. Here are the steps: 

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Choose Inventory Numbers
3. On the Criteria tab > Standard subtab > Add Filters

– Item = set it to Item/s in question 
– On Hand = less than 0. 

4. Name your Saved Search. 
5. Click Save & Run
 
 
Note: 
Negative Lot Numbers may result when an inventory-adding transaction is deleted after an Item Fulfilment is entered in the system.  
 
To resolve this, a positive Inventory Adjustment may be created using those Lot Numbers in question.
