Requirement :
Create a custom field ‘ Vendor preferred Location’ in the vendor record. The values of this field should be listed in the purchase order. Choosing one location from the list and available quantities of the item is displayed in each line.
Concern: If multiple subsidiaries are listed in the vendor record, should the vendor’s preferred location include locations from all the listed subsidiaries or need to list locations of the primary subsidiary only?
Solution: The vendor preferred location field need to list all the locations under subsidiaries of the vendor
