The customer uploaded a logo but it appears blurry and pixelated on all forms.
To correct this, the customer uploaded a higher resolution image, they uploaded a 72 dpi before and they replaced it with the same logo with 150 dpi.
- Make sure that your logo resolution is 150 dpi and higher. If not, upload a new logo with higher resolution.
- Scale the logo as needed under Setup > Company > Printing & Fax > Logo Scaling Factor
