Make the Approve Return Button Available on Custom Role

Scenario

There is a built-in Return Authorization approval process in NetSuite. To make the Approve Return button available on Custom Roles, set the Return Auth. Approval permission to Edit.

Solution

1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
2. Custom Role: Click Edit
3. Click Permissions 
4. Click Transactions

• Permission: Select Return Auth. Approval
• Level: Select Edit
• Click Save
