Workflow Overview
Step 1: Create Transfer Order in NetSuite
- Generate a Transfer Order to move inventory from your warehouse to Amazon FBA.
Step 2: Inbound Shipment Plan Flow
- Flow: NetSuite Transfer Order → Amazon Inbound Shipment Plan
- Amazon may split plans into multiple shipments for different fulfillment centers.
- Child Transfer Orders are created in NetSuite with Shipment ID and Fulfillment Center details.
Step 3: Inbound Shipment Flow
- Flow: NetSuite Transfer Order → Amazon Inbound Shipment
- Exports Item Fulfillment records with status “Fulfilled” to Amazon.
Step 4: Item Receipt Flow
- Flow: Amazon Delivered Shipments → NetSuite Item Receipt
- Updates NetSuite when Amazon marks shipments as delivered.
