Marketing Template Folder
Select a default file cabinet folder to hold your email marketing campaign templates.
Default Reply Email Address
Select an e-mail address that will appear as the default selection on email templates. To authorize the use of an e-mail address with your marketing campaigns, go to Setup > Marketing > Campaign Email Addresses > New.
Default From Email Address
Select an e-mail address that will appear as the default selection on e-mail templates. To authorize the use of an e-mail address with your marketing campaigns, go to Setup > Marketing > Campaign E-mail Addresses > New.
Default Campaign Domain
Select the campaign email domain you want to be selected by default on your email and marketing templates.You can create new campaign email domains at Setup > Site Builder > Domains.
Default Promotion Code On Sales Transaction
Choose which promotion code you want to appear on sales transactions by default:
- First Promotion Code Sent – Promotion code associated with the campaign event that was first sent to the customer
- Most Recent Promotion Code Sent – Promotion code associated with the campaign event that was most recently sent to the customer
- First Promotion Code Responded To – Promotion code associated with the first campaign event the customer responded to
- Most Recent Promotion Code Responded To – Promotion code associated with the campaign event that was most recently responded to by the customer
- Based on Lead Source – The promotion code associated with the customer’s lead source
Default Lead Source On Sales Transactions
Choose one of the following if you want a lead source to appear on sales transactions by default:
- First Campaign Sent – The lead source for the campaign event that was first sent to the customer is selected by default.
- Most Recent Campaign Sent – The lead source associated with the campaign event that was most recently sent to the customer is selected by default.
- First Campaign Responded To – The lead source of the campaign event that was first responded to by the customer is selected by default.
- Most Recent Campaign Responded To – The lead source of the campaign event that was most recently responded to by the customer is selected by default.
- Based on Lead Source – The lead source associated with the customer’s record is selected by default on transactions.
Leave this field blank if you do not want to default a lead source on transactions.
Unsubscribed To Marketing By Default
Select this box if you want new entities to have their global subscription status set to Soft Opt-Out. Clear this box if you want new entities to have their global subscription status set to Soft Opt-In. Do not clear this box unless you have provided the appropriate notices and obtained sufficient consent to automatically subscribe to new and existing entities for marketing messages.
Bulk Keyword Campaign Naming Template
Enter the format you want to use for the titles of keyword campaigns you import into your account. By default, the word ‘Keyword’ precedes the title of the keyword campaigns you create in bulk.
Note: You can replace the delimiters with underscores or other characters, but do not remove the {searchengine} and {keyword} tags unless you do not want this information to show in the title of the keyword campaigns you create.
Campaign Test Cells
Check this box if you want to divide recipient groups into test cells to help you evaluate the effectiveness of your templates. You can set up test cells on the Test Cells subtab of a group record. You can create group records at Lists > Relationships > Groups > New.
Opt-in Invitation Message
Select the email you send to customers inviting them to set their subscription preferences.
Default Sales Rep Notification Template For New Lead
Choose the email template you want to use by default to send a notification to sales reps when they are assigned a new lead created via an online customer form.
You can choose a different email template for each online customer form.
Default Sales Rep Notification Template For Existing Customer
Choose the email template you want to use by default to notify sales reps when an existing customer assigned to them submits an online customer form.
You can choose a different email template on each online customer form.
Opt-in Confirmation Message
Select the email you send to customers allowing them to confirm their current subscription status.
This email gives your customers an opportunity to confirm that they want to receive your emails. Sending opt-in confirmation messages is a good way to assure your customers that you will send them only the email they want to receive.

Unsubscribe Footer Text
Choose the font, font size, and text justification you want to apply to the unsubscribe message that appears in the footer of all bulk email you send.
Unsubscribe Footer Font Size
Select the font you want the unsubscribe footer to show in on bulk email you send.
Unsubscribe Footer Alignment
Select whether you want the unsubscribe footer to be aligned left, right, or center on the bulk email you send.
