//Info: COR-482
There are certain issues faced while setup an integration with 2 platforms.
In this case, Some Matrix items in NetSuite are not sync correctly towards BigCommerce through Celigo.
So, Its better if we have a correct way to Identify the issue from the very beginning, right?
1. Initially, Check the Given Item in NS side. Note Down the corresponding Store & Unique fields which will map them to Celigo connection.
2. Now its Integrator.io side! Find the associated flow in the available connection. This may be present in Direct platform integration page or as a standalone flow etc.
(Normally a separate flow will be there for each Store/ Site.) Review the Connection setup & mapping.
In most cases, items are passed based on a saved search which holds specific criteria to recognize the respective product. Go through this & note down the rules given.
3. The best way to figure out if we have finite number of items is, Just Add a New criteria with Name equal to item name. If The Preview page shows item record, No issues Just move to integrator section & go with the flow.
Else if it doesn’t show any records means, it fails to met some of default criteria’s given.
4. No worries! You can Remove each criteria & cross check to find what mislead the item for process. After this, Either You have to update the Item with mandatory/ required fields filled and thus updating the search criteria.
Else You can create another search which will only take the specified item record & update the Flow with this connection.
5. Also You have to verify the mappings with proper configuration in Both sides.
Note: Make sure that the updated flow in Integrator side will not restrict other items incoming in the future!
