Missing Inventory Details Subtab in Item Record

If the Inventory Details subtab is not visible in an item record, one possible reason could be that the ‘Use Bins’ checkbox was previously unmarked for that item. Follow the steps below to correct this issue.

Solution

  • Go to Lists > Accounting > Items.
  • Locate and click Edit next to the item record that is missing the Inventory Details subtab.
  • In the item record, find the Use Bins checkbox and mark it.
  • Click Save to apply the changes.

After performing these steps, the Inventory Details subtab should reappear in the item record.

  • Permissions: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to edit item records and modify inventory settings.
