Multi-Language Feature Enabled > Language Dropdown Disabled
Solution
Even if the Multi-Language Feature is Enabled, the Language dropdown field from Home > Set Preferences is disabled. To fix this:
1. Go to Setup > Company > General Preferences.
2. Look for the Language preference under the Overriding Preferences tab.
3. Mark the Allow Override checkbox then save.
