Scenario
Even when the user is using the Administrator role, the NetSuite Account Center still shows the error: “You do not have enough permissions to use this portlet.”
Solution
- Log in to Administrator Role
- Go to List> Employees> Employee
- Go to the Access tab and add the role “NetSuite Support Center“
By following these steps, the user should no longer encounter the “You do not have enough permissions to use this portlet” error while using the NetSuite Account Center, even when logged in with the Administrator role.
The role NetSuite Support Center is not listed on the Manage Roles page also after adding the role to the employee on my role page the ” NetSuite Support Center” is not listed.
