Data flow for Customer sync from BigCommerce to NetSuite.
The customers from Big Commerce to NetSuite is synced using the NetSuite connector.
To sync the customer, create a customer in Big Commerce by adding the required fields.

Specify the date and time for under the settings so that the sync will consider the records created or updated in that time zone. If the time zone is set, then the customer created or updated after the date and time set will be created in NetSuite
After setting the time zone, turn on the customer Sync to NetSuite in the Farapp.
A new customer record will be created in NetSuite.

Notes:
- Customer sync from Big Commerce to NetSuite is a real-time sync.
- When the sync works successfully, a customer with the status “customer closed won” will be created in NetSuite.
- Multiple addresses are allowed in Big commerce and NetSuite.
- The address will be updated in the customer record when placing an order for the same customer.
- The email id of the customer is used as a unique identifier.
- The status of the customer record will be “customer closed won”
